Amy Grindstaff is the Director of Operations and Client Services at Marmo Financial Group. Amy is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the firm while ensuring that our clients’ needs are met with the utmost care and attention. She leads a dedicated team focused on streamlining processes, improving workflows, and delivering a superior client experience. Amy holds the the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™ (FPQP®) designation which she has earned and maintained for over four years.
Amy was born and raised in Johnson City. Before joining Marmo Financial Group, Amy had a distinguished 24-year career at Heartland Payment Systems. As a Department Supervisor, she honed her management and leadership skills until the company relocated to Indiana. Choosing to remain in Johnson City, Amy transitioned to Saratoga Technologies, Inc., where she worked for six years in the Finance and Accounting department during the company's acquisition by Sharp Business Systems of Tennessee.
Outside of her professional life, Amy is a proud wife to Rick and a mother to two daughters, Sydney and Madison. The family has grown to include a grandson, and they are eagerly awaiting the arrival of their granddaughter. After many years of watching her daughters play sports, Amy now enjoys traveling, following LA Dodgers baseball, and cherishing quality time with her family.
